Bug 1595244 seeks to improve new password field detection to offer password generation in the autocomplete popup on more pages.

Because we cannot be 100% certain that a field is a new password field, it would be wise to include a mitigation that prevents the option from e.g. being wrongly displayed on pages with reported site compatibility errors until a more thorough investigation can take place.

Ideally, this kind of list would be kept in Remote Settings, so that it can be updated quickly without needing to wait for the next release.
