I organize wiki events. Sometimes people tell me that they cannot get VisualEditor to work.
In looking at their situations, sometimes they are on a very old laptop, sometimes they are on a tablet, sometimes they have lots of blocking software on their devices, and sometimes they have a new computer and I cannot even guess what the problem could be.
What are the technical use requirements for using VisualEditor? If someone says that VisualEditor is not working on their device, what questions should I ask to determine if there is something they can do to make it work?
