This may be a good issue to bring up at the NAFX meeting. Alot of nurseries
carry elderberries, so someone must like them. All my plants are ripening now.
I dont think it will EVER freeze here in Georgia in August. Putting the berries in the freezer
may be worth a try. after that I will try cooking them a bit and see what that does.
But unless I can graft something interesting to them, I dont 
see them staying around much longer.
