[nafex] Apology for attachment

Hi,

I mistakenly sent a private email, with attachments to the
NAFEX egroup and I am very sorry for this stupid oversight
on my part.

I apologize for this dumb mistake on my part, it should have
never gone to all of you.

I am very sorry.  I was had hoped after I realized what I
did that the NAFEX egroup had the attachment filter/ban
turned on, but I guess it is not.  In any case, it is my
fault and no one elses
