Jenny Hamilton, Legal Risk Visionary

With experience spanning government, the legal industry, and private business, Jenny's seen and tackled data risks from every angle. With deep technology and e-discovery experience, she appreciates the challenges legal professionals face and the risks they have to account for with every decision they make. As general counsel at Exterro, she understands how to leverage technology to manage digital risks from privacy concerns, cybersecurity incidents, and the litigation that can arise from them. As businesses grow more reliant on data than ever, Jenny understands what it takes to safeguard them from hidden risks.

Justin Tolman, Digital Forensics Expert

As the Digital Forensics Evangelist at Exterro, Justin understands what matters to private sector and law enforcement investigators--and he's been there. Prior to entering the private sector, Justin worked as a Computer Forensic Specialist for the state of Ohio’s Bureau of Criminal Investigations. Justin develops written, video, and other content to train digital forensics professionals on cutting edge technology, best practices, and workflows. Justin has a master’s degree in Cyber Forensics from Purdue University and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Technology from Brigham Young University—Idaho.

Fahad Diwan, Data Risk Sage

Fahad is passionate about bridging the gap between technical innovation and legal compliance. His journey from privacy lawyer and consultant at EY and KPMB to product marketing leader has been driven by a desire to create tools that solve real-world challenges. With certifications such as CIPM, CIPP/C, and a Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP), Fahad knows the ins and outs of both the legal and technical aspects of data privacy.  Previously the host of thought leadership podcast 'Privacy Tech Talk,' his mission is to bring impactful, scalable solutions to market that address today’s most pressing data challenges.
