- 32% were employed in their field of choice and 26% were going to grad school at age 22.
- The most important traits for 22-year-olds according to influencers are determination/work ethic (28%) and ambition/drive (19%).
- Influencers reflected on where they were at 22 - living with roommates (18%), working but not on a career path (14%), and well prepared and set on a career plan (12%).
