I scored a contract position doing anatomical 3D modeling for medical education. I'm looking forward to doing more DCC instead of just programming.
I made the leap to C++0x today. I'm using GCC 4.3.0 with this patch for delegating constructors. The patch is a year old, but it appears to be working after some minor tweaks.
I'm in the process of implementing dynamic AABBs for skinned objects. This is needed for two things: spatial partitioning and calculation of center points. I'm also working on a "hero cam" a la Fable. I can't remember everything I've done, so here's the Subversion log dump! You'll notice that my commit logging habits have improved over time.
I have failed miserably to follow through on my promise of frequent releases.
Edit: Its about time I throw a kudos over to dbaumgart, whom I know personally as an excellent digital artist.
And good deal on getting modeling work!
