Bored of Mobile Games
As the old year winds down and the new year of 2017 arrives, I'm beginning to realize that I'm totally bored with mobile games. Especially free to play. I tried a few games this year. Mostly the very popular ones like:
They were all fun in their own way but I never spent any money on them and didn't pour all the hours into them like I used to with Clash of Clans.
With Pokemon Go, I played a lot this Summer like everyone else in the World but after a month or two I was bored. Especially after already catching Pikachu in the first couple of minutes.
I did try the Electro Wizard Challenge in Clash Royale and that was kind of fun. I like that it was difficult as hell. You had to win 12 matches before losing 3 in order to get the Electro Wizard. I'd like it if more games made things harder like this.
I wonder if Super Mario Run will lower its price when it comes out on Android. Because charging $10 on iOS turned out to be a mistake.
Maybe 2017 will bring more exciting games. Maybe I'll just stick with my Nintendo 3DS.
