Our mission and objectives

About us

Our mission is to support the capacities of the Croatian defense industry and to increase the export of the defense sector of the Republic of Croatia to existing emission markets, but also to open sales channels to new international markets, providing our clients with support, security and reliability while continuously strengthening the industrial base of Croatian defense products and services.

We plan to realize our mission through the following goals

STRENGTHENING THE INDUSTRIAL BASE
Strengthening the recognition and capacity of our producers through constant interactive communication related primarily to informing about movements in international markets, regulatory frameworks and news arising from them, trends and activities of other stakeholders/competitors of importance for Croatian producers.

MARKETING STRATEGY
Constant monitoring of existing and new opportunities on the market, by identifying key areas or segments that we can respond to with Croatian products, services and companies or to which we will be able to respond in the future, and by presenting products and services on the market (campaigns, international fairs, web site, newsletters, meetings, etc.).

COMMUNICATION STRATEGY
Establishing a network of cooperation with key bodies of the EU, NATO, and with relevant and equivalent bodies and agencies of other countries in the world, and positioning the ALAN Agency together with the Croatian defense industry cluster as a key central point of cooperation and affairs in the field of weapons and military equipment.
