Hi,
I have a molecular system, a kind of modified
graphite structure.
I'd like to add a plane to the picture; a transparent
plane, which helps see the symmetry of the structure.
Is that possible? If yes, what would be the easiest
way to do this?
E.g. I can specify a plane like p.r + c = 0,
with p is a unit-length vector, c is a constant
and r is a vector in space.
I'd appreciate if someone could give me a hint how
this might work with VMD.
Thanks,
Rob.
