Hi,

We can display a ribosomal RNA chain as cartoon, ribbons and tube by
itself, but when more chains are added (ie. protein factors tRNA etc.)
then ribbon/tube/cartoon representation of ribosomal RNA chain fails.
Lines and licorice representation still works. In the attached "1.pdb" if
all chains except for chain A were deleted then it works. Why is this
please?
