Hi people
this is my problem....
i have 2 pdbs 1.pdb and 2.pdb ..i loaded them with vmd ..then i move
protein 2 with "commands"(tkconsole window) and put it in the position
that i want...in this situation i can save the protein 2 to a pdb file
but i want save both structures 1 and 2 together with the new positions
in one pdb file. How can i do this
