Judge Lyons's Court.

--Under writs of habeas corpus, William Knotts and James M. Thorp were discharged from the custody of their military commanders yesterday.

The habeas corpus case of Thomas Rourke was decided against the petitioner, and he was remanded to the custody of Captain William H. Fry.

The case of Robert S. Forde, indicted for the murder of Robert E. Dixon, was called; but, for good reason shown, it was continued till the next term.
