Hustings Court.

--Judge Lyons having recovered from his recent indisposition, held a court yesterday. The only case of public interest was the awarding a writ of habeas corpus to Ferdinand Hettrick, a Marylander, held to service in Captain W. J. Epps's company, of the Second reserves. The case was set for trial to-day.
