Mayor's Court, yesterday.

--William Proctor, charged with drunkenness and lying on the sidewalk — sent to the provost. Elihugh Bullock, charged with feloniously breaking into and entering the tailor shop of William H. Richardson — sent on for examination before the Hustings Court. Aleck, stealing a piece of clothing from some person unknown — whipped. Mrs. Mary Hayes, keeping her house open after 10 o'clock at night — fined twenty dollars. Lewis Lawson, charged with assaulting and beating Sarah Schultz — continued till this morning. No facts of interest were elicited in any of the above cases.
