Chatham railroad.

--The Chatham railroad, which, it will be remembered, is to connect the coal and iron mines on Deep river with the North Carolina railroad at Cary's, is in a fair way, says the Raleigh Conservative, of being completed, sufficient iron having been obtained from the Government to lay the road. This is a very important enterprise, rendered doubly so by the requirements of the war.
