Confederate States District Court.

--In this court yesterday, Judge Halyburton granted the petition of Samuel W. Wyviel, who claimed a discharge, under a writ of habeas corpus, from Castle Thunder, on the ground that he was illegally detained therein.

The case of Frederick W. Boyd, who sues out, under a writ of habeas corpus, for the transfer of charges alleged against him to a civil instead of a military tribunal, he claiming to be a civilian, and therefore not liable to prosecution by a military court-martial, was postponed till Thursday next, and the petitioner was admitted to bail in the sum of two thousand dollars.
