Ran away from my Farm, at the half-way House, on the Richmond and Petersburg railroad, Chesterfield county, my man Richard. He left my farm last Tuesday morning, the 9th instant, and had on when he left a pair of dark pants, white cotton shirt, and had on a pair of shoes, no coat nor hat. He is about twenty or twenty-one years old, five feet six or seven inches high, black, has a small moustache, and speaks slow. I bought him last April, of Lee & Bowman, in Richmond. He formerly belonged to Miss Margaret Bottom, of Amelia Courthouse. He has a wife at or near Amelia Courthouse, and may be trying to go there. He was last seen near the Half-way Station. I will pay a liberal reward if caught and put in jail, or delivered to me. Address
