State rice.
--Messrs. Spoits have received the rice purchased by the State, and will commence the distribution at their store this morning. Each family can obtain our pound and a half for each member, at the rate of fifty cents propounds, for their own consumption. Persons applying will provide themselves with the right change, to prevent trouble and delay.
