Hustings Court

--Owing to the continued illness of a member of Judge Lyons's family he is still absent from the city, and no Court of Hustings was held yesterday. The first day on which he will be qualified to attend to business will be taken up in the disposition of N Tinsley, Pate's case, suing out from military service on the ground that he is a detailed conscript, and a member of a regularly enlisted body of soldiers in the Confederate States. The case was continued till another day.
