--John Minter, George Green, John Kranse, and August Haffner, youths under indictment for theft, were yesterday brought before Judge Lyons, who, upon being assured that they would enter as apprentices in the navy, released them from further prosecution in order to enable them to `do so. Each of these parties are quite young, and it is to be hoped the sad experience in crime which they have had will teach them to grow up in the paths of rectitude and honesty.
