The Department of Henrico.

It is reported, though not yet officially announced, that Maj. Gen. Robert Ransom, of North Carolina, has been appointed to take command of the Department of Henrico, Gen. Elzy, who has for some time past filled that important position, having, at his own request, been sent to the field.
