Russellville, Jan. 7.

--Owing to the cold weather everything is quiet in front. The main body of the enemy remain in and around Knoxville. Gen. Grant visited Knoxville recently, and made a speech to the troops. It is reported that some of the enemy have re-enlisted under offers of $400 bounty and a land warrant located in East Tennessee.
