Riot.

--Mary Johnson, an aged woman, indicted for participating in the riot of April last, and robbing several stores, was tried before Judge Lyons, of the Hustings Court, yesterday, found guilty by the jury, and her punishment ascertained at five years in the penitentiary. The Judge pronounced the sentence, but suspended its execution till application could be made to the Governor for a pardon.
