Confederate States Court.

--Owing to the destruction of the building in which the C. S. District Court has usually held its sessions, Judge Halyburton transacted his business in Judge Meredith's Court-room yesterday. The session was a short one and but little was disposed of. D. B. Cox, A. Kayton, and W. H. Brower, applying under a writ of habeas corpus for discharge from Capt. Hayward's company, were called, but before an examination was gone into the trial was postponed.

The Court will meet again this morning at 11 o'clock in the Circuit Court-room, at the State Court House.
