Deserters shot.

--Two deserters, named Saul, (brothers,) were shot in Franklin county, Va., Monday, by citizens. They had perpetrated acts of incendiarism and other outrages, when the citizens of the neighborhood rose up and executed summary vengeance on the offenders.
