From Northern Virginia.

--The intelligence from the army of Gen. Lee is of an interesting character. Although there has been no fighting of any consequence since Sunday, there is strong probability that a general engagement will occur with in the next few days. There seems to be no doubt that the enemy is advancing in force, their infantry having crossed the Rappahannock, and advanced as far South as Culpeper Court-House.
