A Cute Trick.

--We were shown on Saturday last a Confederate one dollar note which had been altered to a two. The left hand corner of the two dollar note had been neatly cut off so as to embrace the whole of that part having "two" printed on it, which was pasted in the place of the "one" occupying the same position in the one dollar note.--The word "one" running across the centre was carelessly torn out, and the figure "I" at the right hand top corner was also pinched off. There may be others of this kind in circulation, and we would advise persons to be particular in examining these twos of the old issue.
