Attention, Exempts.

--On Monday next a meeting of citizens of Henrico county, not liable to conscription, is to be held at the Court-House, to organize a cavalry company for local purposes. There are men enough in the county, able to do service, to raise a battalion and, if proper officers are selected, to do a vast deal of good in these raiding times. Not only can they perform the duty of scouts in their neighborhoods, and thus keep the commandant of the district advised of what is going on, but they can do police duty by day or night, and thus assist in arresting marauders and in pretesting depredations on private property.
