Hustings Court, Monthly term.

--Monday, July 14.--Present: Jas. K. Caskie, Recorder, and a full Bench. Commonwealth vs. Michael Hines, for felony; examined and sent to Judge's Court, and Commonwealth's witnesses recognized. The same judgment was rendered in the following cases of individuals charged with felony, viz; Edw. Flinn, Chas. Toothaker, John McAnally, James M. Traylor, August Smith, and Roger Keenan. Case of Thomas Doyle, for felony, was continued till the next term. A nolle prosequi was entered in one case of felony against Jas. M. Traylor, and Jeff, a slave. Winston, a slave, convicted of felony, was sentenced to receive 39 stripes. Court adjourned to meet at 11 o'clock to day.
