Sold his Birthright.
--The F. W. Lemosey mentioned in yesterday's Dispatch as having been elected to the Pierpont State Senate from Portsmouth, Va, is a native of Richmond. Some years since he left this city, taking up his abode in Portsmouth, where, for a time, he was telegraph operator, but subsequently became an auctioneer. Many of our readers will recollect Frank as a second-hand pothouse politician, and will not be surprised to learn that he has sold himself to the Abolitionists.
