The Legislature.

--This body, after a considerable struggle yesterday, passed a resolution extending the session from to-day until next Tuesday. Important business will occupy the attention of the Legislature until the very hour of adjournment.--Neither the Tax bill nor General Appropriation bill have as yet been finally acted on. It is not very probable that there will be a full House after the end of the present week, sundry members of the lower House having left for their homes yesterday, and more following to day.
