There was no quorum in either House of the Confederate Congress yesterday, and both bodies adjourned until to-day, when it is probable enough members will be present to proceed to business.--The President's Message will this year, no doubt, be more interesting than at any of the former sessions. The accumulation of events and the growing power and interests of the Confederacy will add much to the importance of the document.
