Appropriation for soldiers.

--The county Court of Amherst county, Va., on Monday last appropriated $10,000 for the purpose of clothing the soldiers from that county now in the army. The Court determined if this sum was not sufficient it would be augmented to any extent to ensure the comfort of the soldiers.
