Flag of truce

--Eighty-five prisoners of war were paroled and sent from the Libby prison to Varing, on yesterday, to be sent to Fortress Monroe. As a number of our sick and wounded were expected up yesterday evening. It was the intention of the officer in charge of the flag of truce to remain at Varina, if they did not come, till this morning, to convey them up to the city.
