A flag of truce boat

arrived at Alken's Landing, on James river, yesterday at 1 o'clock, bringing two hundred and five paroled Confederate soldiers, most of whom arrived in the city yesterday, and proceeded to Camp Lee, and the Soldiers' Home, on Cary street.
