Released on parole.

Dr. Carter W. Wormley, lately imprisoned in the Federal Bastile at Fort Delaware, has been released on parole and reached his home in Virginia. We are informed that when the boat touched the wharf on James river last Tuesday, the doctor quietly walked ashore, knelt down, and kissed the soil of the good old State.
