Arrests.

--The civil police yesterday arrested Albert Tappan for unlawfully disposing of seventeen bushels of oats, of the value of $34, the property of John H. Lacy; and James H. Ward, for receiving various articles of jewelry stolen from Susan Welsh, amounting in value to over one hundred dollars.
