Gray Hairs.
--Ex-Mayor Smith, of Manchester, N. H., one of the American Commissioners to the World's Fair in London, in one of his letters adverts to some peculiarities of the English people. Hair dye is not used, but gray hair is preferred, and thousands of youngish men powder their hair to make it appear gray. Ladies with gray and white hair take especial pains to display it.
