Arrived.
--Lieut. Edward C. Grump, of the Richmond Sharp-Shooters, wounded in the recent engagement with the Yankees at Kerne town, near Winchester, arrived in this city on Saturday last, where, by careful nursing, it is hoped he may soon recover.
