Demurrer overruled.

--In the Confederate District Court, yesterday, Judge Halyburton overruled the demurrers filed by the counsel of R. F. Husted, on his hearing for an alleged attempt to bribe the Commissioner of Patents, and continued the case without naming the day for its final trial.
