The capital at Nashville.

The hall of Congress was profusely decorated yesterday with copies of an engraving of the ‘ "State Capitol, Nashville, Tenn."’ It was inferred by some persons that this gratuitous pictorial distribution had for its object the seduction of the members into a desire to remove the seat of Government to Nashville for the purpose of occupying that handsome building.
