Suicide.
--Mrs. Holford, residing a few miles West of Dallas, committed suicide last Sunday by cutting her throat with a case-knife. She was seen by her mother-in-law, an aged and infirm woman, to sharpen the knife on a grindstone and proceed deliberately to commit the horrid act. The old lady was too infirm to prevent it, while she was a helpless spectator of the whole affair. Mrs. Holford had been laboring for some time under mental hallucination.--Dallas (Texas) Herald, 13th.
