Interest on State Bends.

--The offices of the Auditor and Treasurer of Virginia have been besieged for the past three days by holders of State stock. Already some $400,000 have been paid out in specie as interest, yet the Old Commonwealth is still ready with sufficient funds to pay interest on all her indebtedness.
