Rapid Locomotion.

--Two of the Baltimore papers, the American and Exchange, ran a locomotive express for the purpose of conveying the President's Message from Washington. The "Iron Horse" went through in forty-six minutes and brought large editions of the message. The demand of the public was quickly supplied.
