Tenth street sidewalk.
--We have been requested to call the attention of the city authorities to the bad condition of the sidewalk on 10th between Bank and Main streets. It has lately obtained prominence, and is now one of the principal thoroughfares for ladies and gentlemen, and the soldiers who are called daily to pass by that point. A large number of falls are reported as occurring daily, owing to defects in the pavement there Manufacturers are now making paving bricks daily, and as the city is no doubt well supplied, there is (or ought to be) no difficulty in applying a remedy to the above grievance.
