Reprisals.

--The detention of Memphis property at Cincinnati, heretofore noticed by telegraph, naturally provoked the inhabitants of the first named city to make reprisals. The steamers Lady Jackson, Capt. Samuel Dean, from Cincinnati, and the Citizen, from Pittsburg, were both waited on and informed that they would be detained at Memphis till such time as the people of Cincinnati forwarded the goods illegally arrested.
