Negroes Seeking protection from Slemmer.

--The Montgomery Advertiser, of the 14th inst., states that four runaway negroes, belonging to citizens of Florida, went to Fort Pickens recently, and demanded the protection of Lieut. Slemmer. That officer promptly returned them to their rightful owners.
