Deaths in Europe.

--The Duke Decease died at Paris on Thursday, October 25, in the eighty-first year of his age. He was one of the notabilities of the First Empire and the Restoration. The Duke has left a mass of papers, particularly his correspondence with the Duke de Richelieu, during his London embassy. The Earl Manvers died in London, at the age of eight-two on the 27th ult.
