Burbeck, Henry, 1754-1848

Military officer; born in Boston, Mass., June 8. 1754; served with distinction in the Revolutionary War; took part in the battles of Brandywine, Germantown, Monmouth, etc., receiving the brevet of brigadier-general in 1813. He died in New London, Conn., Oct. 2, 1848.
